    After breakfast, leave for Jaipur, popularly known as the ‘Pink City’. Built by Maharaja Swai Jai Singh in 1727 AD, Jaipur is the largest city and the capital of Royal Rajasthan. The whole city was painted in pink colour in 1876 in honour of the visit of the Prince of Wales, later known as Edward VII.

    Spend the day exploring the many attractions of the city. The city of Jaipur is divided into nine rectangular sectors, symbolizing the nine divisions of the universe. Drive out of the city in the morning for exploring the Amber Fort, popular for its huge ramparts and watchtowers.  A Jeep ride will take you up the fort. Visit the Marble Palace, Temple of Victory, and Hall of Mirrors to see excellent examples of ancient Rajput architecture. Take a tour of the City Palace and Museum, Hawa Mahal (The Palace of the Winds) and Jantar Manter, an 18th centu ry astronomical observatory with a 90-foot sundial. Take a Sky Waltz Balloon Safari at an additional cost (optional). Skywaltz is the first and only fully-licensed and commercial Hot Air Balloon operation in India.     After breakfast, leave for Agra and visit the city of Fatehpur Sikri en route. Built by the Mughal King Akbar in 1569, this is perhaps the best-preserved Mughal City.  Spend some time learning about the city’s past at Fatehpur Sikri, also a UNESCO World site.

    In the morning take a tour of the stunning Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. The symbol of love, Taj Mahal was built by the Mughal King Shahjahan for his loving wife Mumtaz Mahal. After the leisurely exploration of this wonderful monument, leave for New Delhi.

    Take a city tour of Old and New Delhi today. Old Delhi, built by the Emperor Shahjahan is a bustling city of crowded bazaars and winding alleys teeming with life. New Delhi, designed by British architects Lutyens and Herbert Baker boasts wide avenues, landscaped gardens and stately monuments. Visit the Red Fort, Jama Masjid Mosque, Chandni Chowk Bazaar, India Gate, Humayun’s Tomb, Birla Temple and Qutub Minar. Also explore the Presidential Palace and the diplomatic enclave in the New Delhi.
