    Amman – Jerash - Ajloun - Amman

After breakfast, we will embark on a full-day visit, beginning with Jerash, which is known as 'the Jewel of the North.' This site is one of the largest and best-preserved examples of Roman architecture in the world outside of Italy. Closely rivalling Petra as a top destination in Jordan, the ancient city of Jerash lays claim to a continuous thread of human occupation stretching back over 6,500 years. The city reached its zenith under Roman rule and is widely considered to be one of the best-preserved Roman provincial towns in the world. After lyi ng hidden beneath sand for centuries, Jerash underwent excavation and restoration across the last 70 years. It now presents an exquisite example of grand provincial Roman urbanism prevalent across the Middle East. It boasts paved and colonnaded streets, towering temples atop hills, majestic theaters, expansive public squares and plazas, baths, fountains, and city walls punctuated by towers and gates. The visit will continue with a trip to Ajloun Castle before we drive to our hotel in Amman for an overnight stay.  Read More

  • Day 4 Amman – Iraq El Amir – Dead Sea - Amman

Amman – Iraq El Amir – Dead Sea - Amman

After breakfast, we will spend the entire day visiting Iraq El Amir, and then we will proceed to the Dead Sea. This is one of the most visually striking and spiritually captivating landscapes in the world, and it is also the lowest point on Earth. Arguably, the world's most amazing destination, the Jordan Rift Valley exudes dramatic beauty, plunging over 400m below sea level where the Dead Sea lies. This large expanse of water is a recipient of numerous rivers, including the River Jordan. Once the waters come into the Dead Sea, they become land-locke d and eventually evaporate. This leaves behind a dense mixture of salts and minerals that are of high value to industries, agriculture, and medicine. The Dead Sea is bordered by mountains to the east, and the rolling hills of Jerusalem to the west, lending it unparalleled beauty. Despite the current scarce population and serene quiet, this area is presumed to have been the site of five Biblical cities: Sodom, Gomorrah, Adman, Zebouin, and Zoar (Bela). After our visit, we will return to our hotel in Amman for the night.  Read More

  • Day 5 Amman – Madaba - Mount Nebo – Kerak – Petra
    Mount-Nebo-01-dee
Amman – Madaba - Mount Nebo – Kerak – Petra

After breakfast, take a drive on the historic Kings Highway that has existed for two millennia. This ancient road, as mentioned in the Bible, connects primitive villages from the Stone Age and biblical towns. Make a stop at Madaba, also known as 'The City of Mosaics', located 30km south of Amman. While there, visit the town's prime attraction – the Greek Orthodox Church of St. George, which houses the renowned 6th Century Byzantine mosaic map of the Holy Land as well as other biblical sites. Continue your journey to Mt. Nebo, believed t o be the burial site of Prophet Moses. The mountain, at an elevation of 840m, provides a stunning panorama of the Holy Land. Carry on down the Kings Highway, which links archaic villages dating back to the Stone Age and biblical towns, until you reach Kerak. This impressive Crusader Castle, built in the 12th century AD, is perched upon a hilltop about 1000m above sea level and is bordered by a valley on three sides. Kerak has been inhabited from at least the Iron Age and was a significant city for the Moabites. Carry on to Petra, where you will stay overnight.  Read More

  • Day 6 Full day visit of Petra - Wadi Rum
    Wadi-Rum-01-setrj
Full day visit of Petra - Wadi Rum

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day visit to the "Rose Red City" of Petra - an ancient treasure. In 2012, we celebrated the 200th anniversary of its rediscovery. The ancient Nabatean city of Petra was recently voted one of the Seven Wonders of the World, without question, it is Jordan's most treasured asset and its greatest tourist draw. In 1985, Petra was honored as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Begin your journey by enjoying a walk or a short horse ride from Petra's main entrance to the entrance of the old city through th e "Siq", a narrow canyon that stretches 1210 meters long. As you reach the end of the Siq, the first and grandest monument of Petra gradually comes into view - this is the renowned Treasury monument "Al Khazneh."

Petra is an extraordinary and unique place, crafted by the Arab Nabatean over 2000 years ago. They carved their monumental tombs, palaces, temples, and treasury out of the desert's naturally rose-hued rocks and sandstone. Petra served as a vital junction for the silk, spice, and other trade routes that connected the East and West.

Take your time, and let our professional guide walk you through the architectural and spiritual wonders of this majestic place, explaining each detail. Then, continue your journey to Wadi Rum for a special dinner set-up and overnight experience at a Bedouin camp.

  • Day 7 Wadi Rum - Aqaba
    Wadi-Rum-02-wsash
    Wadi Rum - Aqaba

After breakfast, make a visit to Wadi Rum, which is Jordan's expansive and echoing desert, for a 4x4 jeep ride. Wadi Rum is stunning in its natural beauty and embodies the romance of the desert. Its landscape consists of ancient valleys and towering sandstone mountains that rise from the sand, giving it a "moonscape" description. Wadi Rum is also home to several Bedouin tribes who live in various camps scattered throughout the area. Mountain climbers are particularly drawn to Wadi Rum due to its sheer granite and sandstone cliffs, while hik ers appreciate its vast, empty spaces. Wadi Rum is perhaps most famous for its association with the enigmatic British officer T.E. Lawrence, who was stationed here during the Great Arab Revolt of 1917-18. Notably, a significant portion of David Lean's film, Lawrence of Arabia, was shot in Wadi Rum. Following the day's adventures, drive to Aqaba to stay overnight.  Read More
