Begin at a young family-run wine estate around 45 minutes from Bologna. Learn about their production methods and sample wines from their range, including Chardonnay, Pignoletto and Albana.

Continue to the second winery, a long-established estate known for combining traditional and innovative production methods. Hear about the history of the vineyard on a guided tour and sample the distinctive interpretations of Sangiovese di Romagna.
